These Terms of Use are govern your access to and use of the Site and all products and services offered within. Please read the following terms carefully before using the Site. If you are not eligible, or you do not agree to all of the Terms of Use below, do not access the Site or use any product or service offered by us. By using the Site or any product or service offered by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions, including the Momentum Master Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase and access the Discord server. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; and (b) your use of the Site is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are an entity, organization, or company, the individual accepting these Terms on your behalf represents and warrants that they have authority to bind you to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purchases Payment
Purchases of any products are facilitated through a third-party service provider. We may provide such service provider with information regarding your credit card or other payment instrument. You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will be responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase of merchandise through the Service.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Momentum Master grants you a limited, revocable license to access the indicator suite and Discord access.
Please read the Momentum Master Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to our collection, use, storage, disclosure of your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these Terms.
Discord Rules
By joining the Momentum Master Discord server, you are agreeing to follow the rules below. Any violation of these will result in immediate cancellation of your non-refundable membership and being blocked from all media. We are dedicated to the integrity and quality of the channel.
Be respectful and mindful of others. If you are overly offensive we will give you a warning. If it persists your membership will be terminated. No personal attacks of any kind.
Do not spam or troll.
You are solely responsible for your trades, so don’t follow blindly. Do your own research and trade responsibly. We can’t and won’t tell you what moves to make.
Only you can determine what level of risk is appropriate for you.
If you do not fully understand the risks of trading, do not sign up for our service and seek independent advice from a licensed financial advisor.
No self-promoting or selling products of any kind without admin permission. Even the slightest violation of this rule will result in an instant ban.
You cannot ask anyone for money or to trade on your behalf.

By uploading, distributing, transmitting, or otherwise using your content with our service, you grant us a perpetual, nonexclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and worldwide license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your content in connection with operating and providing our Service.
